The Healthy Menu includes 6 months of Menu's, Shopping Lists, and Instructions to prepare Healthy Quick Meals for your family. Each month you will receive an email with 12 healthy recipes. These Freezer Meals are prepared by you at home and stored in your freezer. Save up to an hour each day preparing dinner.

When you place an order, you will download the first monthly Freeze Dinner meal plan so that you can get started right away. Your $27 is billed once. Your emails will continue for 6 months.

You will begin receiving an email the third week of each month with the next Freeze Dinner menu plan included.

French Onion Chicken
Boneless Chicken Breast is dipped in a mixture of Worcestershire Sauce, Garlic, Ground Mustard, Salt and Pepper. It is topped with French Fried Onions.

Baked Herb Chicken
Boneless Chicken Breast is dipped in milk then a mixture of Parmesan Cheese, Italian Seasoning, Garlic Salt and Pepper.

Chicken Enchiladas
Tortillas, Enchilada Sauce, Diced Cooked Chicken, and Cheddar Cheese are layered to form this mouth watering Mexican favorite.

Garlic Basil Chicken Sauté
Cooked Diced Chicken, Chopped Green Onion, Garlic, Honey, Rice Vinegar, and Sesame Oil combined with several other spices and Brown Rice are sautéed in a Wok to create a delicious easy meal.

Apple Marinated Pork Chops
Pork Chops are marinated in Apple Juice, Ground Mustard, Soy Sauce, Basil and Garlic. The de-frosted chops are grilled outdoors to perfection. *Note: Chicken Breast can be substituted for Pork.

Curried Beef Stir Fry
Steak Strips are marinated with Garlic, Ginger, Onion, and other spices. Green & Red Pepper and Celery are added.

Flank Steak
Flank Steak is rubbed with a select mix of many spices including Coriander, Cumin, Paprika, and Thyme. The Flank Steak is de-frosted and grilled.

Beef Stew
A classic meal that cooks in the crock-pot all day and it's ready for your family when you get home. The Beef, Carrots, Celery, Green Beans, Onion and the many spices are added to a freezer bag, de-frosted and placed in the crock-pot.

Black Bean Chili
This vegetarian entrée is a healthy meal that is full of fiber and flavor. Black Beans, Onion, Green Pepper, Garlic and Tomato’s are some of the ingredients used to prepare this hearty meal. All ingredients are added to a freezer bag, de-frosted and placed in the crock-pot.

Seared Citrus Salmon
Salmon is marinated with Lemon Juice, Red Wine Vinegar, Basil, Garlic Powder and other spices. This entrée is placed in a freezer bag, de-frosted and baked in the oven.

Coconut Shrimp
This divine dish can be a meal or an appetizer. The shrimp is dredged, dipped and coated with coconut before freezing in a 9x13 pan. This meal bakes from frozen in the oven.

Parmesan Herb Fish
White Fish Fillets are topped with Green Onions and Parmesan Cheese. The Fish is topped with a Bread Crumb topping and frozen.
