What’s my solution for you?
Freeze Dinner! Freeze Dinner is a method for you to fill your freezer with healthy meals for you and your family. "How ?", you ask. It starts with a package delivered to you via email each month. This Once A Month Cooking approach will be a life saver.

What’s in the package?
A menu with 12 meals serving 4-6 people, the recipes to assemble all 12 meals, the shopping list with all ingredients, the instructions on how to freeze your assembled meals, de-frosting and cooking instructions. Each day of the menu contains the entrée and suggested side dishes. Suggested side dishes are not incorporated into the shopping list.

You’ll have a freezer full of delicious healthy meals for your family. It only takes about 2 to 3 hours to assemble these meals. That 2 to 3 hour investment each month will save you several hours each week. What will you do with your extra time? Read a magazine? Spend time with your family and friends? Relax?

The only planning you’ll need to do is deciding what to take from the freezer to fridge for the week.

You will use fresh ingredients in all your recipes. Your instructions will include details on slicing, dicing, chopping, and melting. Most recipes do not require cooking prior to assembling the recipes. You’re cooking the meals the same day that you serve them.

Most recipes can be placed in freezer bags with a few recipes needing a 9x13-casserole dish. Your de-frosted meals will be cooked via the indoor/outdoor grill, oven, wok, or crock-pot.

Try it! You can get started today by downloading your first Freeze Dinner menu plan at check-out.
